what is the best laser eye surgery?

1Lasers are used for many things on the eyes. Correction of visual defects to eliminate need for glasses in becoming common. I had laser surgery to clear a clouded lens capsule after cataract surgery. It has been used in diabetic retinopathy to stop the bleeding and stop sight loss. I do not know if this is still done that way.
